Good support but your heel will hate you
Overall good fit and support but the ankle hole is too tight. I gave one to a friend in a class and she had the same problem. For reference, we wear women's size 8 and 6.5, and the ankle cuff indicates it's large. This is my second set, bought as a gift. I reached out to this man to ask if he had the same problem and he too said that the heel digs into her foot and leaves a bad mark even after just 20 minutes.
