The product was sent safely and undamaged so as not to be broken. This means the product was pre-broken or the packaging is broken (it almost looks melted). That's very disappointing. It was missing one of the tabs to screw it into the truck. Instead of three tongues with screw holes, there were only two. I ended up having to create an impromptu tab to make it work. I only did this because it was getting cold outside and I needed warmth. I didn't have time to wait another 2 days without heating in my truck. If it wasn't for the broken item I would have given it 5 stars.
