Works great with my 2010 Vizio 47" (SV472XVT) and I feel like I have a new TV! The odd RF remote that came with the TV (the one with the slide-out keyboard) was never great: the slow-acting rubber sponge buttons quickly drained the batteries. This old remote control became unreliable about a year ago. I'm glad I took this one! All the buttons work as expected and the feeling of clicking them is really nice! Even the Revain and Netflix buttons work, but the M-Go button does nothing. What the heck is M-Go? In any case, it's amazing to be able to switch inputs and control the volume without having to get up every time - don't know why I waited so long.
