I like the sleekness, looks very professional and offers good storage. More space could be used between the knives, plus it would be nice and the empty space at the back could easily have a nice loop for a thermometer plus clips for small measuring spoons or whatever you want to hook in there instead of the plastic clips that the keep bag closed which tend to slip off if you don't fasten it and break over time, maybe some light tinted straps with some accents to make them stand out. Would be nice just some opinions. Anyway, sorry I'm not happy with it, I'm really enjoying the bag. You are doing well, there is always room for improvement. It doesn't matter if it's made of carbon fiber, some will still say it could look more like carbon fiber. Lol In closing, I don't usually buy things for myself but when I do I love sets, I like it when everything is solid, quirky and simple. That made it great. If you're looking for your next bag, this is it.
