Terrible cross strap.
The wallet/case was beautiful and very well made. The belt turned out to be plastic scrap. It was all twisted in the phone pocket, which was pinched at the bottom by a piece of styrofoam. Therefore it is all crumpled and so slippery and thin that it does not stay in the buckle to adjust the length. Why use that cheap, useless strap with such a beautiful bag? The point is to use it as a shoulder bag. The strap ruins everything.
