I am a medium height woman and it is too tight. Another problem is breathing through them. There is no space in the nose area and my nose is pinched. My breath doesn't go easily through the material and it's uncomfortable. If you're small, that's fine. Also note if you are claustrophobic this is no joke. It lacks recoil and reception in the neck area, making it feel a bit choking. Not a good feeling. The only good thing I see is that the material in the forehead area keeps all the hair inside. Did I mention he fogs up his glasses? Yes, that's right! Even though the nose section left my nose open, my glasses still fogged up! This is definitely a winter product only. I'm sorry to say that because there are too many bad features, I upvote my opinion and don't recommend it. To be honest I'm really confused by all these rave reviews. I hope people read this and take note so they don't waste their money!
