I have used this several times and have always noticed redness on my skin after using it. I had the original gold blades and had no problems. I always thought it was just a small problem. Last time I used it, my entire chin and sides of my chin turned red and it goes away after a few days. I'm very unhappy because I thought it should have been the same as the original with gold. The seller was amazing and they stated that my experience was the first of its kind. They refund me and I am very happy with the customer service and would recommend this although I had an issue which I think may just be my skin and others have not had this issue.
