For gaming: Since this is a generic cast and doesn't quite fit the shape of my hand/wrist, it's not the best option. I often raise my hand to make quick movements while gaming and this wrist brace lags behind. As for comfort: slightly better when working, but still not perfect. Ergonomic support is valuable, so I try to use it, but I'm constantly adjusting my hand position to get more comfortable. Generally not very. Good value for money: the connector is made of hard plastic, while the cable ties are made of rubber. The rubber clips fall off the connector quite often and I want to glue them on. For the price, the materials feel cheap and generally not very good. Final impressions: I prefer a movable brace to a fixed wrist rest, which is why I'm using it now. But I don't feel any additional support or value for what I paid for. Right now I'm using it because I paid for it.
