Review on 🍾 Westmark Satin Bell Corkscrew - 5.8 x 1.5 x 2.7 inches - Silver Finish by Michele Rutland

This is an ingenious and very well made corkscrew. However, there are almost no instructions in it - just a few tiny pictures. Here's what you need to know: in the middle of the handle there is a small valve (you can see it in the photo) that needs to be in the down position if you want to screw the screw into the connector. When the screw is seated snugly in the plug, back off the knob about 1/4 turn to release tension, raise the valve, and then turn the knob further. The cork is then automatically pulled out of the bottle. If this little flap is not in the down position when you first turn the knob, the screw will not go into the connector. And it must be in the top position to pull out the cork. Pretty easy once you get used to it. Once you master this corkscrew, you will love it.
