I was in dire need of an incubator as my dog went into labour. For my first order, the incubator never arrived and my order was cancelled. I ordered again and the incubator arrived with no instructions in the box on how to assemble it. I had to find a YouTube video of someone doing this. The box was missing some parts and the sides of the incubator didn't fit perfectly so I couldn't use it. I was very disappointed and had to resort to a heating pad and electronic heater to keep the puppies warm.
