I've been using this running belt for about two months now and have had some very sweaty runs (Southern Louisiana summer). While the outside of the bag and the elastic waistband can get quite wet, the inside of the bag stays completely dry. Never noticed moisture in the phone. The case is big enough to fit into my iPhone X with slim case and popsocket and still have room. It's expandable so I can fit my car keys, headphone case and a few maps if needed. You can fit more, but I think that's all you need for a run. The length of the waist belt is easy to adjust and there is an adjustment on the sides of the bag for extra length. I don't notice any rips or tears and the stitching seems to be well done. The belt clip is training and I'm not worried about it falling apart even with intense training. The case has a small hole for the headphone cable/earbud. I wear this backpack at my natural waist and haven't noticed it riding up and down or flapping around. I wish there were more colors on offer, but more importantly, I would like more reflectivity on both the pocket and waist belt for morning or evening workouts.
