Review on ✒️ Molshine Handmade Glass Dipped Pen: A Stunning Crystal Calligraphy Dip Pen for Art, Sketching, Writing, and Gifts by Shantel Griffin

Bad writing tip

Very decent glass dipping handle with a fatal flaw: no tipping. Like every other cheap modern glass pen I've tried, the end is just broken and too wide to write on. I'm not sure if they are made just like that or if they are easily damaged during the production and packaging process. Without a thin nib, you just smear jagged blobs of ink across the paper. I've tried sanding or filing the point to no avail and that might interfere with the ink channels anyway. In short, it's impossible to say for sure if a glass pen will even work until you can physically pick it up and test the tip for yourself.

Pros
  • Heat-resistant glass material with a high proportion of boron and silicon, crystal clear. High borosilicate heat-resistant glass, water resistance, acid resistance, A-class alkali resistance, durability, breakage prevention, harmful impurities in the glass less than 0.1%.
Cons
  • Savings box Price
