Reason to shop in brick and mortar.
Boots look nice and warm. quality problem. The boot has a gap between the seam and the rubber of the boot where it needs to be sealed. This causes the shoe to leak. This shoe was never meant to pass quality control. Would love to exchange it but of course they no longer have it in stock. I think if you shop online, this is the opportunity you take.
