Review on 🚗 Koomus Urban-Dash-N: Premium Magnetic Car Mount for Smartphones - Dashboard & Windshield, Black by Robert Diaz

This item kept falling off my dashboard. I emailed Koomus but they didn't reply. Tried calling them but they do NOT have a phone number on their website. So if you don't read this and give me the solution. then I will send the item back. UPDATE: They offered a replacement but I told them the unit isn't faulty, it just doesn't stay on the dash as advertised. Now I put it on the windshield and it sticks. HOWEVER I had to attach it to the far left and buy a LONG power cord for it. The cable runs from the armrest to the center of the dashboard, through the steering column and then to the phone. Not a very good result. So I will amend my review to give a few more runs but I WARN anyone wanting to place this on their dash that they need a very smooth surface and even then it may not work.
