Filter not fitted correctly

Compared to the OEM, the filter is carelessly mounted. It seems that whoever glued the filter didn't care. Because of this, there is no way to get the filter to seal the vacuum well. That means dirty air just gets sprayed everywhere. picture attached. This product is not working properly.
