I've been in the meat industry for over 20 years and so far I've loved it. I read the reviews before buying it and I have to say I was a little confused by those concerned that the different sides were not labeled. When I received it I had to giggle a little. So my only complaint would be that I already have a few nicks on the rough side (probably due to my own mishandling), but the comb part is amazing because of the horrible dead center you get from bone, teeth, or accidental slip and impact. Gear. It's become the new toy on the floor, so everyone who uses it (who knows how to properly sharpen a knife) loves it. Would definitely recommend but will look for a protective case to keep it safe.
