You get what you pay for
It's not fantastic, but for $26 it does the job. The caps on the legs keep falling out so I had to tape them around to make them fit better. The height is adequate, over 6 feet fully extended. If you just put a little flash or modifier on it it's pretty stable, but if you use it for mono lighting or something heavy it gets a bit wonky. The biggest issue I had was that the top tensioner wouldn't clamp without a lot of effort even when not fully tightened. For a cheap stand it does what it promises, but I will spend more for quality in the future.
