Sharp as a razor. Makes cooking a dream

I am by no means a chef, just a husband and father who spends many evenings in the kitchen preparing dinner. I love this knife. I've been looking for a new knife for about a year. I had another much cheaper knife which I thought would be all I needed. I signed up there when I got married and didn't know much about cutlery. After a lot of research, reading hundreds of reviews, watching videos on Youtube, finding out what professional chefs use, feeling different types of knives in my hands, I decided I needed a Japanese-made knife, not a German one. I've had my Kasumi for about a month and it's amazing. Cooking dinner is way faster than my $50 knife. He cuts tomatoes like butter. Although it's quite long, it's not difficult. I love using it. The box it came in was good enough that I use it to store the knife when not in use. Haven't had to sharpen it yet, but when I do I will buy a good quality sharpening stone as recommended.
