You will find many bad reviews here saying the same thing. 2 years of use, heating pads no longer work. Regulator is ok. Now it will tell you how cold your bed is for a long time. I, like others, put on"guarantee 5 years". but after 2 years, you can "buy one at a discount" which comes out at a higher price than the original. Thanks for the long term guarantee. My original heater lasted over 20 years. Just like others who have posted here. Innomax should be totally confused but instead they advertise and promote how great they are and why you should buy from them. maybe if they convert the item into a heater control with a panel for temporary use.
