Review on Victorinox 4 Piece Knife Fibrox Handles by Eric Basler

Really great knife set at a great price! I am really impressed with the quality of these knives. The handles are strong and have no gaps for food or water. The blades are perfectly sharp and ready to use. There were no nicks, no burrs, the edges were even. They have a good cutting weight, but are still thin enough to easily cut even ripe tomatoes. The handles make the knives dishwasher safe, but they really only need to be washed and dried on the go. Dishwashers wear down the blade edge. Be nice to your knife and they will be nice to you. In a private photo, the paring knife is a little big, for my taste and for a child's hand. It's more a matter of human taste than design.
