At first I was disappointed with this product. But as soon as I wrote a review about my disappointment, Anker contacted me and expressed concern about my satisfaction. They asked me what a great earphone would be for me. After a few emails the Liberty 2 was recommended to me and I have to say that once I put them in my ears I couldn't take them off. Amazing sound, clear, crisp and loud. Differential is a Soundcore app. Multiple equalizer settings and a custom one based on the HearID test. Amazing product and company. have my business
