I've been trying to use this for over a year and even taking a few shots with it I've NEVER gotten any sharp edges on the patterns. It is extremely difficult to get accurate results due to the cheap magnifying glass and inability to fix focus. I contacted customer service and Amazon responded but the manufacturer did not. I didn't send it back because I waited too long to try it after purchasing it, although I thought I didn't know how to use it, but then I realized it's just not reliable, period. This is because the magnifying glass can't be held in one place (what stops is motion, NEVER worked) and I can't tilt the flash because the glass is always moving, making the shape blurry or unidentifiable. This means the flash MUST be straight when taking a picture and I can only stand higher or lower, but I can never tilt the flash or I lose focus of the shape. Too bad I didn't spend 40-50 USD. more and got the best brand! I wish I could get my money back.
