The charger started smoking and burned the USB connector, and the connected cable started to melt. We were driving at 100 km/h on the Autobahn and my wife had to unplug the charger from the cigarette lighter. There is a product. BESTEK 200W Car Inverter with 2 Sockets and 2 USB Charging Ports 4.5A Car Adapter with Car Cigarette Lighter Socket. (cola red). We spoke to Revain customer service and needed a replacement or refund. They said it was outside of the 30 day warranty and no refund or replacement was available.
