I would like to give 5 stars because the price of the part was reasonable, I didn't have to drive 40 miles to Sears, it came on time etc but. When I looked at the new belt and compared it to my old one, I emailed that it was wrong. My wife's vacuum has been out of service for over a week and she needs it now. I emailed that the strap was wrong, shorter and wider than the one that came loose. I almost immediately received a response that looked like a bulk email that had been sent many times, explaining that it was in fact the real email that had to be stretched with a tool to get it to install. Of course, he almost broke or bent the heavy steel ruler, but once on it, who knows. If there had been an explanation sheet in the package I would have been a lot happier. It was like I ordered size 11 socks and the ones that came looked like they were for a baby. I wouldn't try them on, I would assume they were fake!
