Very stable plastic cutting board. Not deformed at all after several washes. It is also easy to clean in the sink. Heavy logging has not yet left any noticeable "scars". Will be updated if this changes over time for any reason. The rubber tips keep the board perfectly on the counter which is another good reason to buy this board. I usually use the flat side of the board for cooking raw veggies, but I've used the gap/reservoir side for slicing small roasts and chicken and it's perfect for that (no overflow). It's worth noting that the actual surface area available for cutting is less than the full plate dimensions listed (15.8" x 11.8") because of these rubber ends and grips. I say that because, from a practical point of view, this is not a very large cutting board. It's perfect for slicing one ingredient at a time and then transferring them to another plate/bowl while you slice the next. You don't really have enough room to cut something, shove it into a corner and then cut something else, unless you want to cut/slice (or prepare very little food) in an enclosed space. . If you prefer a large cutting board, get something over 20 inches wide. This is not a blow to the product, just something to keep in mind.
