I love this foot file. Nail technique here - I've tried many foot files, reamers, egg products. This is great because you are using it on dry skin. No more soaking, simply apply to dry skin with the rough side and watch the skin fall off. When you're done, switch to a less grainy side to smooth out the edges. Finished! An ideal product for people with diabetes or the elderly who cannot bend down to clean or soak because of the long handle. To clean, I use a nail brush with soapy water and brush both sides, allow to air dry. It's much better than pumice stone, which must be used when wet, and better than grated foot files, as they can loosen too much or leave you uneven on the bottom of your foot. Highly recommended for women, men and children!
