The scissors themselves work very well as long as I'm happy with them. The blue inserts in the thinning scissors fall out when cutting, which is not a good thing. However, they remain in ordinary scissors. I wrote to the seller and he said he couldn't send me new earbuds but said he would notify the QC and said he would give me a $2 discount. They said I don't "need" to return them, but it's really annoying to cut them and then the earbuds fall out. When cutting, I had to remove the inserts, which is less convenient. I would prefer the scissors to be comfortable to use and will try to exchange or return them if it becomes too bothersome. Update: They messaged me that they would send me a replacement for the entire pair of scissors and I didn't even have to send another one back. I've updated the rating to 5 stars and will make a note in the review when new scissors come in. It was very nice of them. Update: I received my new thinning scissors yesterday. Insoles are ok. I am very happy with the customer service I received.
