High quality, easy care, great fit in hand

We immediately used this product to butcher a rabbit and two chickens. I had to cut bones into pieces, legs etc. The cleaver was sharp and held the edge well. It is easy to clean and easy to store along with the protective sleeves, lid and box that comes with it. Compared to other splitters, we were happy with the fit and style. We have already tried a Japanese whetstone to use a sharp razor to cut very thin and fragile fish. He took that razor sharp edge. Overall, I highly recommend this product, especially when compared to more expensive cookware.
