The jacket is just the right thickness. It is very soft and comfortable to wear. The material is thin enough to move easily without restricting your mobility. I usually wear a medium size but ordered a large to get a baggy look. Judging by the size of the large one on me I would say the medium one would be a bit tight but the large one was a bit big which is what I was looking for. It's also a very good length and doesn't constrict you, the bottom elastic isn't tight either and is very comfortable when you sit down. Perfect for a chilly office or a chilly fall day.
