The length is perfect and they are made of durable rubber.
I put them on and then installed the replacement part. The length is perfect and they are made of durable rubber that flexes against the tire. I highly recommend this product. I would suggest you install a spare and then check the clearance required and add 1/4 inch to the length you want.
