Works as advertised. Very impressed
I am using this item as an intermediate between a 12v 44amp atx power supply and an mpt 7210a boost converter which I use to run a 52v nominal 14 second battery charging for electric bikes. The result is quite impressive, as I was able to get all 150 watts out of this little guy. I blow a Honeywell fan over the heatsink for "enhanced cooling". The radiator gets quite warm, but nothing special. At 150 watts I'm definitely between 12-16 amps (depending on efficiency) and at the input. However, in this configuration the load regulation does wear off after a while so I lowered it to 140W and it seems stable. For something that costs $6, that's not bad at all.
