Not worth it: home office chairs
After about six months of use (no, I do NOT exceed the weight limit on this stack) the lifting cylinder started to sag. I contacted the manufacturer who was quick to respond and seemed concerned. They asked for more information. I sent it. I sent another letter. And another. And another. I wasn't even looking for something free, I just wanted to know how to get a new lift cylinder. Obviously, they don't just care about customer satisfaction. Spend your money elsewhere.
