First of all I was very pleased with this coat. I've been waiting for it to be back in stock for over a month. When it arrived the metal spares were in the bag because the plastic bag they were supposed to be in was broken. This led me to assume I had received the returned coat, but there was no other visible damage so I wasn't overly concerned. I liked it first! Some big pluses: WARM! Oh how warm! I immediately felt comfortable and if I didn't go outside right away I would soon be sweating. That's exactly what I want from my winter coat. The next layer down jacket is amazing! That was one of the reasons I liked the coat. You don't need a scarf except for style. ^_^ If you're feeling a little weird and possibly blocking your view a bit, the same goes for the hood. Double-layer cuffs on the sleeves! There is a fleece cuff at the end of the sleeve, which is warm and slightly narrower than the sleeve itself, making it excellent at keeping out the wind. Big fan of this design! Huge bags! You don't need a big handbag here. The size of the bag is the size of an average wallet. That's great! Despite all these great features, I can't give this coat more than 1 star as it doesn't last long. When buying a coat, I expect it to last at least 2 years, but hopefully much longer. A week later, the elastic that pulls the hood tight broke on one side. I figured maybe it was my fault and I put it on too tight so I didn't complain and just kept wearing it. Now I believe I received a defective coat. It has been exactly 1 month since I bought this coat and there is a huge hole along the seam of the right sleeve! Now I can feel every breeze and I'm no longer warm. I am very dissatisfied and am trying to return the coat. It is unacceptable for clothes to last less than a month.
