Review on 🔪 Black/Red Minosharp 3 Knife Sharpener by Sonja Garcia

This is a wonderful sharpener that works really well with my Global knives. I used to have another minosharp sharpener, the one with two smaller wheels. It was good too, but the wheels were worn and wouldn't spin freely. I chose this as a replacement. I love the big wheels on this one. I find it easier to keep the knife in place when I'm rocking the blade back and forth and the wheels are spinning smoothly. It's great to have coarse, medium and fine stones. My chef's knife had a small nick on the edge that was very noticeable. After using a rough stone once, the notch is almost invisible and my blade looks much better! After fighting my way through the rocks, my blade was nice and sharp again, gliding through tomato skin like butter. I don't want to do without one of these sharpeners. It's worth the money to keep my expensive knives nice and sharp and keep all the cooks in my house happy.
