I came across these cutting boards while on holiday in the Outer Banks and fell in love with them! My old cutting board was a meat block and worked fine, but was so heavy I had a hard time moving it. It warped a little too, so when I got home I decided to buy Vettore Non-Slip Poly Cutting Boards. THEY ARE AMAZING! First, they are lightweight, easy to lift and move. Second, they have a neat handle on one end that allows me to reach in and get them out of the closet without fussing or bending over. There's also a small drip trough on the rim that drains the juice from the tomatoes, which I often cut up when making fresh tomato sauce all summer long. I finally found an additional benefit! This board is thinner than the old wooden board, so the height of the work surface has been reduced by a good 2 cm. My shoulders and wrists are thankful for Vettore Boards! If you are looking for a new cutting board I would heartily recommend this product and this company.
