I have ordered two sets of 2 Luminara votives. One of the two boxes didn't have a remote, but that was fine as the other box did. I noticed straight away that they don't match the sets I bought from the Luminara dealer. The color of the candle was different, the color of the flame was different, and the maker's mark on the bottom was different. But they were still beautiful when lit, so I decided to give them a try. However, after only 48 hours, all four spark plugs had gone through the new battery pack. My first thought was that the batteries were bad so I bought a new set of batteries and put them in. After 48 hours, the indicators flashed again, indicating that the batteries needed to be replaced. Refund and search for new genuine Luninara candles.
