The absolute best foot file type product. I have a rolling head amop and it's a bucket compared to this inexpensive tool. You'll have to use some elbow grease, but it works great! I use it in the shower towards the end of my routine when my feet have been in the water for a while and my skin is soft. I just wash my face and go into town, stuff my feet. Start on the dark side of the track first, then finish on the lighter side as my legs soften. Please note: if you're unsure in the shower, I recommend soaking and filing your legs while seated. Not necessarily in the shower, I do that because it's so comfortable for me. This is the same quality of pumice stone used in good spas. All in all one of my favorite beauty products!
