I needed a stand for all my chargers, one of my speakers for working from home during the pandemic, my switch and a lot more What else is in my home office. I chose this one because it suited the space I wanted to enter, was inexpensive, and offered four tiers of shelving. It was very easy to assemble and came in a very small case. It looks great where it sits and happily charges all my devices along with my left conference speaker. The ONLY downside is that the glossy black glass shelves show dust and fingerprints very well so they can't get completely dirty. and no dust so I stopped trying. I wipe them off once a month and then after a few seconds I see speck of dust or maybe a weird finger mark that I missed and I don't care for a month. I wish there was a matte shelf, maybe a different color, but it's really a minor thing. My home office is of course pretty dusty, I have multiple servers, dozens of hard drives and powerful network gear (20 gigabits), all systems with a bunch of fans kicking dust around, so maybe your room will be a little less crazy dusty - smart. It's not a criticism, just a minor change which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 due to the lack of material and color options at the time of purchase. It's still a great unit.
