Everything came as described. As other reviewers have pointed out, the screw holes are slightly misaligned/difficult to align. I'm a 28 year old female with little assembly experience so considering that it wasn't too bad. It provides the support I need (I'm 5ft 1in, about 125 pounds), although I found a more comfortable chair at Costco for about the same price, having already bought this one. However, I wanted a small white chair to match my desk, and the one at Costco was much larger and black, so overall I'm happy with my decision. I used the channel blocking pliers I had at home to help me grab the allen wrench and twist a little more - it definitely helped! I would NOT recommend just using an allen wrench to tighten it up. If you have a professional tool kit, you'll be fine. The pillow is not very hard. I may have to buy a seat cushion in the future. I mean you get what you pay for. Will update if I have more problems.
