Review on 🖊️ Effortless Precision: X-ACTO 1178 Bulldog Vacuum Mount Manual Pencil Sharpener – Assorted Colors by Tara Ford

I prefer old fashioned wooden pencils, mechanical with ice, but I'm cheap so I've always used the $1 manual sharpeners at the store sold. Sale back to school. But they're terrible and never work, so I started looking for other options. Electric sharpeners sounded tempting, but every model had complaints about them dying soon after purchase, so I started looking at manual sharpeners because I remembered how good they were to use in elementary school. I decided to try this model (remember I'm cheap) but I have to say I'm very happy with this purchase. The sharpening mechanism is excellent and the pencils sharpen consistently into a nice long point. The attached picture shows the number of crayons I cycled while waiting for the cookies to finish in the oven. I give it 5 stars based on my satisfaction with the performance compared to the very affordable price. I will say the lid feels cheap and guaranteed to break if you drop it. Also, the suction cup worked very well on a smooth surface during use, but I wouldn't expect it to stay attached for long periods of time. (I don't expect anyone using this method to do this). If you expect young children to use it I would look for something a little more powerful and with that it seems you need to be a little gentle with it. But for an adult who isn't rough on things, it's decent enough, with a very good bottom line.
