Review on Micropore Tape Dispenser 3M by John Collins

I use this as a "mouth band" to keep my mouth shut at night; it reduces my snoring and also prevents dry mouth while sleeping. Simply tear off a strip about 2 inches longer than the width of your closed lips and apply before bed. When you wake up, make sure to slowly remove the tape. But for my purposes it works great. I've tried a bulky sleep aid before. Device with bulky and uncomfortable straps. Then I read an article about "mouth band" that recommended this brand. My only regret is that I didn't discover this band before purchasing another sleep device. The only reason I rated this product a 4 out of 5 Stars is that the dispenser is quite flimsy and the tape doesn't come off as easily as I expected, other than that it's a great product and can be used for a number of applications.
