Over the years I have purchased hundreds of drives to upgrade computers for myself and friends. I use Mac and Windows computers for both personal and business use depending on my needs and the software I need to use for specific tasks. The traditional hard drive has been my absolute favorite for covering the amount of data I have on my personal server at a lower cost. Well, times are changing and I think it's time to switch to an SSD. Samsung / Western Digital / A-Data had so many options and I think this brand came to mind, I wanted to try it, with such a great price! I bought a 250GB hard drive to upgrade my OS drive, it's never been easier as the included software makes data transfer so easy and gives me fewer hectic steps to worry about! question is not needed durability? I don't use my computer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in a dusty and overheated environment. This will probably last longer than any of my traditional hard drives! So. I'm in the process of moving all my 3TB of data from a server hard drive to an SSD. If you're looking for an SSD for a PC, I think this is a great option at a great price.
