I love this knife Cutlery and knife accessories
This knife is so light and sharp. It's easy to cut vegetables with it. This isn't the most versatile knife. There are things you can't use it for and you need to be careful with it because it's more fragile. But I find myself reaching for it a lot even though I have a very good all-purpose chef's knife.
