Review on 🎧 TelPal Headset Telephone Dialpad: Noise Cancelling On-Ear Headset for Call Centers, Home Offices & Telecommuting by Richard Cunningham

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Cheap quality is good for landlines

I use it for my home business. A call center headset and attendant were required. The headset is comfortable, but sometimes the mic has to be almost right in my mouth for clients to hear me. The cables are cheap and the connection to the station was poor. If you move around a bit, there's pretty poor static feedback in the headset, which can translate to ringing. The display resets itself, and it doesn't matter how many times you set the time and date to display, it just resets randomly. You cannot call back people from the call log. You have to write the number down and redial using the +1 option in (for the US) and there is no way to change this setting that I found. For the money this is a regular headset which is why I gave it 2 stars. Otherwise I have so many problems with this transmitter that I can't give it more than two stars.

Pros
  • Office supplies
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
