Works very well
Works well but you may need a lot more sewing foot than you can muster. I use it to punch snap holes in boat covers, I work, but often I had to reinsert the die into the same hole and squeeze until I heard it cut (click) through the last few layers. Haven't tried it on leather yet but I think it will work better on leather than canvas.
