This knife is very easy to hold. I've tried using this knife to cut root vegetables and it did a great job of slicing meat like paper. I would highly recommend it if you enjoy cooking as I always feel the need to have my own utensils with me and this knife is by far the sharpest and easiest to use just for cooking. Some things I would like to mention: 1. The cutting edge - it came like a forge razor - No defects in metal3. Assembly - all materials are solid4. The weight. It feels like you're using something strong and durable, not cheap at all. Size - I've compared this to my Kershaw Cleaver knife and I have to say I'm impressed if you're reading this and are on the same budget as me. This knife is worth the price and serves its purpose. Overall 10/10 highly recommended.
