Looks like the picture. I've been using this brand for over 20 years. Mine was getting old and starting to scratch hardwood floors, but it had plenty of mileage. They were also more expensive initially. 20 years. back I paid over $400. So it's time for a new one. It has changed a bit in design, but what I like most is the suction power. It's lighter, which is great, and the fixings are fixed so they don't fall off. It's a bit louder than the old model but that doesn't bother me, I mean it's a vacuum. I have a deep pile carpet in my office that has become tangled over the years and this vacuum brought it back to life.
