Terrible at cutting hair, below average at trimming beards

Based on all the great reviews I bought this product to replace an old Phillips clipper I had for over 10 years and did a great job on both my hair with the Beard. Trimming and cropping but unfortunately this was a huge disappointment, quite unlike the reviews here. I was looking into hair and beard trimmers because I needed a product that could do both and went with this one as it promised to cut up to 20mm (along with great reviews) and I love my hair and beard longer than most trimmers can handle, this product has proven very poor at both tasks. Beard Trimming: My beard is a bit bushy and thick, I like to keep it a bit longer so I trim it to about 14mm (1/2 inch), the special beard pads that come with this product are for much shorter hair, the larger one cuts 9mm so I had to use an adjustable comb that goes from 2mm to 20mm. The problem is that the design of this attachment is very poor, since you only start trimming after 3 passes, the hair accumulates under the attachment just in front of the blades so much that it no longer cuts. You need to stop, remove the protective cover, clean and continue cutting. You have to repeat this cleaning process several times just to trim your beard, it's tiresome and pointless, waste of time. I spent twice as much time trimming my beard as usual. To be honest I think this won't be a problem with dedicated beard pads as they are pretty standard and don't suffer from poor design like comb pads but you can use only if you like a shorter beard. . . up to 9mm as described above which is not my case. Cutting hair: This is where the product fails miserably. I trim the sides of my hair to about 3/8" (8-9mm) and the top to about 3/4" (18mm). My hair was long, probably about 63.5mm long and unlike my beard it's not thick at all, I have very thin hair and not very thick. When cutting the sides, I had the exact same persistent problem with cleaning. as described above with a beard, also the added problem was that it took me many passes to cut longer hair towards my head as if the product wasn't strong enough. I even tried charging it more thinking it might be a problem but no he just didn't cut his hair properly which is very disappointing. The product was fun. I set the comb at 18mm and when I passed it over my head it did nothing! He just didn't cut his hair! Absolutely nothing, believe me I didn't know if I was laughing or crying. Remember my hair was about 68mm long and this thing set at 18mm couldn't cut it. I gave up and finished the job as best I could using scissors. If you cut your hair very short, like a beard up to 9mm, it might be enough, but no more than that, which is why I say this is NOT a clipper. Other accessories and overall quality: I also tried the detail trimmer to trim my beard, another disappointment, it took me a few passes to do it, only trimmed a few hairs at a time. The quality of accessories in general doesn't look cheap, but it doesn't look very high quality either, it's rather mediocre, but for sure somehow it won't last long, it doesn't look durable as the attachments are all plastic parts, with at frequent With use I think they loosen up and break easily. The green light comes on when charging but it does NOT turn off after a full charge, this is detailed in the instructions so the way the manufacturer has rushed us to know when this thing is charged is nothing for me. Last but not least, they say the blades can be washed but if you do you have to oil them, but they advertise the product as oil-free and self-sharpening blades, another broken promise. I do not recommend this product. For cutting hair or trimming beards over 3/8" (9mm) long he can probably do this (at your own risk) if only beard guards are used, any other trimming accessories over 9mm long are useless and failed.
