Yummy. Bright colors. It's a nice soft material and has pockets. Got 4t for my daughter who will be 4 in March and is above average height. And she's too big. We'll be keeping it because I don't want to risk the 3t being too small, just want to let others know before buying. it is long and loose at the shoulders. She loves it and we don't go out on St Paddy's Day so it will work.
