I purchased this king size gel memory foam pillow hoping to get comfort on a year old bed that I bought with a firmer mattress. Now at 65 I wanted a softer pillow to put in my RV that would melt away instantly and sleep really well. Received this foam mattress pad and took it out of the box, lay flat for 2 days and still not swollen. I also have 3 bumps in the bed from end to end. and obviously does not swell and does not open. I tried disassembling the pillow and it helped a little BUT I'm not strong enough to disassemble the mattress myself. The video doesn't even come close to this mattress topper. If I could send it back I would get something to expand on as shown in the video. This is a wrong impression! At 65 I feel used and I don't know what to do about it! These photos are over 3 days later.
